We are recruiting for a Coordinator, Market Recognition to join our team in our Toronto office. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or professional services and will be responsible for coordinating and drafting submissions for legal rankings and awards, maintaining and updating the firm’s experience database, supporting internal and external communications related to recognitions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote the firm’s achievements. As our ideal candidate, you will distinguish yourself by the following profile:
Post-secondary education in-progress or recent graduate in business, marketing, communications, and/or a related field
Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant business experience, ideally acquired in a large professional services organization.
Bilingualism (French and English) – An asset but is not required
Proficiency with MS Office suite; ability to quickly learn and leverage new technology solutions. Experience working with Salesforce and SharePoint an asset.
Strong interpersonal skills, tact and discretion.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities with challenging deadlines.
Ability to complete designated tasks in a systematic and logical way, with great attention to detail.
Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
Ability to work onsite.
Flexibility to work extra hours during peak periods, and regularly outside of normal business hours
